By accessing and using digitalpet.app and its associated services ("we", "our", "us"), operated by POWERSNACK OÜ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

POWERSNACK OÜ provides a digital pet platform, interactive 3D avatars, and subscription-based premium features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and make purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform. This includes, but is not limited to: exploiting bugs, using automated scripts/bots to interact with the digital pets, harassing other users in neighborhood chats, or attempting to reverse-engineer the 3D models and underlying code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to 3D models, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of POWERSNACK OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our assets for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
