Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to the premium features of your digital pet until the current billing cycle concludes. POWERSNACK OÜ does not provide prorated refunds for partial-month subscription cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Initial Purchase: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service (per EU consumer rights directives).
  • Technical Issues: If a persistent technical issue prevents you from using the core features of digitalpet.app and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days, you are eligible for a refund of your most recent payment.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you spot a charge you did not authorize, please contact us immediately for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • In-app virtual currency (e.g., coins used for pet accessories).
  • One-time digital asset purchases (custom 3D skins, exclusive traits) once the item has been delivered to your account.
  • Services rendered by third-party providers (e.g., real-world dog walking services booked through the app), which are subject to the individual provider's terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our billing department with your account email and transaction ID. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5-7 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used.
